If we post another 3-4 win season what good thing are we messing up? Jay would/could be fired. i don't think I would have a problem with it.


No way Scott Mc gets fired. If anything he gets a chance to hire his guy. He has a few seasons of poor football to log before he would get the axe.

Gruden is a young head coach who hasn't even gotten the seat warm yet. Let's fix one thing at a time. I'm not saying Gruden is the next Vince Lombardi but give him and Scot time to actually build a roster before you call for his head.
