It was actually really important that he did. Remember that leading up to his being hired, all he was doing was running an agency dedicated to college scouting. As we move away from that point he will be further removed from the top collegiate players. We need to take advantage of his scouting knowledge these first two drafts. After that we have to hope he builds a seperate but effective staff on the Skins.
