would not work for us. The circus that Snyder has created here means that no good coach really wants to come here. We had to beg Gruden to come, and probably needed Allens relationship with JON Gruden to make that happen. Lots of good defensive coaches turned us down where we had to settle for the joke defensive coordinator we got. If Snyder fire Gruden in midseason, we will be lucky to get a scrub college coach here.
