Part of me thinks that for years we've had coaches who have a system. Don't fit the system, don't succeed, bye bye. Go elsewhere to a place that either has a system that fits them OR they adapt the system to them and it works out. Just my two cents.

Sometimes i think they need a kick in the ass and being cut wakes them up.
