I have seen it for spot, touchdown/no touchdown, fumble/no fumble, completion/incompletion. Unless as the previous post quoted, this falls within one of the reviewable infractions. I haven't heard of this. Wouldn't that have to mean that a coach could challenge if a qb was over the line of scrimmage, as well?
