Tennessee Titans have his favorite QB and a fan base that will probably love him.

Its tough to call him a good coach. He may be good x and o...jury out imo, but he doesn't handle professional athletes very well and he alienated his locker room.

Plus the whole GM thing, he has proven to be effing terrible at that. No NFL team will give him personnel control every again.
