I think you make valid points but i don't think there is "no way" they pay Riley until they see where they stand at ILB after FA and the draft.

Spaight is probably a step too slow to be very good in coverage. Other than that, I like everything about him. He is said to be a student of the game, so he might be able to compensate for his lack of speed by reading the offensive formations and anticipating the plays.

Like you, I think they may draft an ILB. I hope so, anyway.

I have been a Mason Foster fan since Day 1 of his NFL career. I was surprised that he was available for us to pick up. I'd really like to see the Skins re-sign him.

Compton, Foster, Spaight, and a Rookie might not be too bad at ILB.
