Has anyone else noticed the intensity of Gibbs in this press conference? The man is fired up. I don't think I have ever hear him raise his voice, and flail(sp) his arms around when talking about the penalties and the refs. You are correct. Blache and Lindsay are more than capable of commanding the defense. I think it would be to Williams' benefit to stick around though.

If you look at the great offensive minds in the game, they spent many years under someones tuteledge (sp). While Williams has never lacked in defensive acumen, he should be soaking up as much as he can from Gibbs.

But that was as animated as I've ever seen Gibbs - betcha his players have seen that side of him though.
