Im a big KC fan but I do have questions of whether:
1. he can execute against top 10 defenses 2. he can execute wout Jordan Reed If he wants more than 18 mil per, let him play under the tag and prove he is worth the money. Then, in 2017, paying him 25m under the tag isnt too horrible.
