Lol. Dont be. Im down 18 lbs. my blood sugar is way down too. My father is a diabetic and my doctor was about to put me on meds. I eat delicious foods not just grass and grain. well as a certified meatarian, i'll just make sure i double up to counteract this heresy. (seriously though, whatever works for you). I'm about 80% chicken 15% fish here.

well done = disease free, my granddad always got his stuff burnt cause it was a real concern at one point, and it guarantees crappy kitchens that undercook things don't make you sick. i prefer rare or medium rare.
