Updated the original post to include the following moves that occurred since the start of free agency:
Resigned LB Mason Foster $1.1M Resigned QB Colt McCoy $1.8M (three year deal that can void to two) Resigned DL Kedric Golston $0.6M (one year deal, vet min exception) Resigned TE Logan Paulsen $0.6M (one year deal, vet min exception) Signed DL Kendall Reyes $2.5M (one year deal worth a base of $2.5 with incentives that could take it up to $3.5) Cap room now stands at $16.0M
