nice link, looks like he's much better on the backside or against smaller guys. gets in the way, stays engaged, but doesn't really drive people back.

Not many in the NFL bring the pancake more than occasionally. If they do, they're the monster Trent Williams type of lineman. Tight ends rarely put a DE or OLB on their backs. All you can ask for is that he keeps the defender from getting off the block.

Good footwork, stays in position, maintains leverage. Sound fundamentals, and enough quicks to beat his guy to the spot.
