I think McCloughan will want to speak with him. He'll want to sell him - Josh if you're looking for a destination that will pay you the absolute most, then you've got the wrong place. We'll pay you fairly, we'll pay you like one of the best corners, but I have to know why you want to be a Washington Redskin. I have to know if you're like Junior Galette, that you're a football junkie, that you're all heart and passion, that you want to be in a place where culture matters.

That's where McCloughan separates himself as a GM. The emotional connection he makes. He not only identifies heart in potential draft picks, but he relates to it in conversations too.

If Norman ends up in San Fran or Tampa for the highest $, then you'll know he wasn't a McCloughan fit. If he ends up with us for market value, $14-15M per season or so, then watch out, because it says McCloughan saw the heart he needed to see.
