Yeah I wouldn't call us a bad team....we are a team in transition.

I tell ya, that run to the playoffs the second half of the season...showed me a lot not only about Cousins (per the usual, QB gets more credit than deserved) but about Gruden and a team coming together. I seriously believe if Norman didn't believe we were a team on the rise then he wouldn't be here.

If Cousins can continue his good play, and we do the 2 things McC has set out to accomplish this offseason: 1) build the run Defense and 2) improve the run game then we can be a team on the verge of being very good.
