Just so I understand you,you are saying that 90% of the public cheat and lie compare to 10% of Wall Street banks and Firms is that right?

Im saying by far and away, main street is more corrupt than wall street. People lie, cheat and steal everyday in your own community. Sad but true. But hey, Wall street gets the headlines...

Not only privately but public too, we have a Mayor and his administration being investigated by the state police and federal folks for misuse of public funds.
