I seem to recall that Smoot was somehow involved in Sean Taylor's DUI last year. Didn't he get picked up going home from a party at Smoots?

No Taylor was returning home from a party somewhere in DC in honor of Rod Gardner's birthday. Smoot may have been at the party, but I think that's all.
