2016 NFL Draft 1st Round

I like the pick, and it's going to help us next year and beyond. Dude looks like a baller, and if he cleans up his route running could really be good for us.

HOWEVER.. Denver is saying they were trying to trade up ever since pick 17.. They gave up a 3rd rounder this draft to move up. Wonder if we could have just dropped down a few picks, picked up Denver's 3rd, and gotten a D-lineman instead. I guess they really liked Doctson and didn't want to move down further (?)....

John Elway said the Broncos talked to every team from "17 on" to try to trade up to get Paxton Lynch. And said the team was still "going to continue to look at other quarterbacks" and that team may still try to add another veteran quarterback.
