Probably a good thing. We would have blown 3 picks to trade for Wilkerson and then hand him a 100+ million contract.

So I really wanted a dt, but cravens looks good...assuming he'd play inside for us? I like a fast instinctive guy in there who can run

I wonder whether they have him as a safety.

He definitely has some flexibility on where he can play, kind of like a poor mans Troy Polomalu possibly. If he's playing primarily safety I like the pick, though I am curious who they have their eye on for defensive tackle and when/if the trigger gets pulled.

I see him more as a Lavonte David than a chancellor

Listening to all of McLovin's interviews about wanting "football players", he could have written the analysis on this guy:

Cravens can play! Does it all: Plays the run, can cover, can rush the passer. I wanted Billings but what do I know? We just got a lot better at ILB/S (Hybrid).

not true, several articles say he was 226.... but he is a football player... how many guys have 10.5 sacks and 9 interceptions in their career ?

I like that he's multi position type player and has speed and range. Could be a good fit for our D i hope he works out well and balls the hell out!
