Ive seen those changing shades of color...not as quick as the gif and Ive experienced those exaggerated body movements like those of the giraffes...both frightening and enlightening.

Exactly. I was going to go with the getting into a cold pool a little bit at a time as not to shock your brain, but Chico's p*ssy analogy works too.
