I think the push in the back didnt help but I dont think he was trying to lower his shoulder to run over the guy either.It happened so fast that when that guy popped out from behind Barnridge Griff didnt have any choice at that point to do anything other then what he did,he could not have gotten down that fast.He could have slid down before he got to the sidelines but it looked like he was trying to run out of bounds and wasnt expecting that dude to be there and bam!
But he knew he was fricking hurt,he never raised that arm after getting up,he should have taken himself out,especially on 4th down,thats just hurting the team.
