Can't win with a pass against a really bad passing defense...

We passed for 330 yards and 3 Tds. What else do we want? We need to stop the turnover and play some freaking defense.

Re: Redskins-Chiefs Game Thread 10/16/05
Plain and simple, I was not impressed with the defense today. Granted, we are missing Springs and unfortunately Ade Jimoh has to play than any of us want him to and Carlos Rodgers will be the target of many QBs testing his skills and he'll get burned his fair share, but...
1) No Pressure on the QB + 2) No Turnovers + 3) 3 Fumbles of our own = a loss

Re: Redskins-Chiefs Game Thread 10/16/05
BTW, Brunnel doesn't suck. The guy is running the offense about as good as I've ever seen. We will all feel better once we beat up on San Fran.
PHEWWWW!

Re: Redskins-Chiefs Game Thread 10/16/05
Whoever is blaming Brunell for the loss either didn't see the game or is just ignorant.
His fumbles didn't help, but the guy is playing his ass off, we would be lost without him. |
