Usually when I read about someone losing weight or gaining muscle I just roll my eyes a little bit. It's been done before and it's not like there have been stellar reasons.
I was SO wrong about Murphy. Without being able to see his number, a few times I've been like, "Who is that guy?! Can't be Kerrigan, because he would be getting held around the neck with no flag." He has been beasting out for sure.

A source confirms that the Redskins will sign veteran center John Sullivan with questions surrounding starting center Kory Lichtensteiger and his calf injury. The NFL Network first reported the signing. Steiger to IR, so long. It's funny all our old guys are in IR and done. Salary purge.
