Let's talk good beer

i made this w samuel adams boston lager and it was pretty damn good. perfect for a fall sunday, toast some sliced french bread for dipping, i also added some broccoli and sliced hot links. it took about 90 minutes from start to finish, well worth it.

Don't know why but Sam Adams just crushes it when you need to use a beer in a recipe. Our go-to as well when a recipe calls for a lager.

the first time i made it, i used pacifico and it was also fire.
