I really don't get what people wanting Barry out are expecting. IMO we haven't seen our D play so hungry in years, and I mean like at least 6 years. They are tackling better, and already improving through the season, run D has been tremendously better than the first 3 weeks.

OK playcalling on that last drive could have been better, but Barry is doing really good things with this personnel. This may not be SB level yet, but he's a young D coord, and showed he was able to learn from his mistakes. No one on earth is gonna turn this D into last year's Broncos' in a week... Firing him would be a HUGE mistake IMO. This is a team sport, confidence and team spirit matter, firing a coach (especially during the course of the season) is a traumatic event for a team, this is not harmless... cuz this is not Madden...
