I agree that people who smoke pot do it no matter where they live but when pot is portrayed as a safe alternative to cigarettes its not correct. Both have health risks associated with their use.

As best I remember there are problems with DUI of pot because there's no easy test like for booze. Also problem with how it affects developing brains of people up to around 25. To be clear, I wasn't talking about the problems, 60 minutes was. Take a look at the show if you can.

The problems I did encounter in CO were stoned wait staff messing up orders all the time. That was pretty much every restaurant I went to. Also stoned ski lift attendants. None of they were bumbling or stumbling but they were pretty well lit. I talked to a few stoned bar tenders and they talked about how they smoked on break which I thought was odd since I'm sure they wouldn't be allowed to drink on break and work drunk. At the beginning of the week it was funny but by the end of the week it got old.

little surprised employers wouldn't make a condition of employment sobriety...It would make me nervous.
