Under this link, your numbers are correct: NFL 2016 Week 11 Power Rankings - Dallas Cowboys, Seattle Seahawks, New England Patriots The one I cited to is called the ""NFL Football Power Index" and is "Power Index rankings heading into Week 11." The one you cite is called the "Week 11 NFL Power Rankings." The one you cite makes a LOT more sense. So, yes. I was wrong, b/c I called the power INDEX a power RANKING. So shoot me.
