I'm quite sure Trump knows we have delivery systems for nuclear weapons.
And I'll reiterate that your gotcha buzzword is outdated and more suited for armchair generals. Not many incoming presidents are pre-certified nuclear war strategists. They all go to Joint Chiefs of Staff school right off the bat anyway.
