Happy New Year- Skins vs Giants gameday thread!

So we keep him if the price is right. Which would be about 17 a year imo. Than we have a stop gap quarterback until we find one mentally strong enough to win. Whatever. Some other team like the Jags or Browns will offer him 22 and we will say see you later. |

Worst case scenario is Cousins gets tagged again. He's not leaving. |

So they have to sign him to an extension. If they do not, Washington will be just another team on a long list 'looking' for a franchise QB. And Cousins gets paid elsewhere.

17 million is not going to get it done at all. That is just ridiculous. The number one off season priority is re-sign Cousins and if you have to pay him 20 million or a little more then so be it. Look at Cleveland? Chicago? Jets? SF? The guy was close to passing for 5,000 yards. He's not good enough to go out there and win the game with no running game. The team has to get better around him.

Absolutely.
And a shifty guy like Thompson but bigger. Matt Jones is signed thru 2018. It would be nice to trade him for something.

It's not obvious to me.Put Zeke behind that blocking today and he wouldnt have been much better. There were no running lanes being opened up.I would have liked to have seen them try giving Mack Brown a couple carries.
