Another thing about Pryor: he ran a 4.38 at the combine, DJax ran a 4.35.
Jay Gruden said QBs kept under throwing Pryor at OTAs. So he'll also replace that speed threat Jackson was for us !

jackson had a knack to get by any db in the league several times agame. i do not think there is a better wr in the league that can do that like he can.

i think Quick is basically quality depth. Insurance for Doctson's health.
If everybody is healthy my preferred red zone package would be Perine, Reed, Vernon Davis, Pryor and Crowder; or Perine, Reed, Pryor, Crowder and Doctson. I wouldn't take Vernon, Doctson or Crowder off the field in the red zone unless one of them were hurt. Quick should be fighting with Grant and Maurice Harris to make the 53. If he makes it, then he'll have to do damage on ST and be next man up if injuries strike.
