Give me Jay Gruden, Mike McCoy, and Mike Pettine and I'll call it a staff. We can fill in the rest if anyone else leaves. I'd also be okay with Callahan as OC. And obviously I'd love if he stayed as our offensive line coach.

I wish McVay all the best, but I'm not crying over him leaving. I'm in San Diego. I'll be watching live when we play against him next year.

Haven't heard that yet, but I could see it, he didn't leave on bad terms. But we have more talent and coaches don't go back to their old teams often. I'm sure there are other good candidate's but he's my first choice. Didn't spend much time reading about OCs. Didn't know I needed to.

This is the ideal scenario for me at this point. Something tells me it's not going to happen though. I'm starting to get SolidSnake vibes here, and that's probably the scariest part.

Lol. I don't judge anyone by the content of their comments anymore becuase I've had my own fair share of doozies.
