I think they insulted him with their long term deal after the 15 season. They offered him far less that Osweiler.

I'd also say he's had to see how the owner coddled Griffin. There are probably things that have gone on behind closed doors that we don't know about..

If I'm Bruce, I'm calling other teams about Kirk, not just SF. See what's out there, can we go Sean mcvay up and ask QB for QB. I'd take Goff. Call Denver about simien since they are probably getting romo.

Snyder might be more willing to trade with Sean McVay than Kyle Shanahan. It would be up to the Rams brass of course, but I agree. I would be calling up everybody else who's in need of a quarterback and see what they would offer. I know Cousins has said that he's not interested in being traded anywhere else but San Fran, but I would think Washington would be in control of who they want to trade him to.

The funny thing is that Cousins in LA would likely turn the team around right away, since they have a running game, some decent receivers and a very good defense.

Remember when Kirk was always saying "I don't control where I'll play" and I was always saying he doesn't appear to want to be a redskin... Players will committ to a team no matter what, he never has and it's pretty obvious he always wanted out. Last year he took the tag and shut up because he had no leverage, now he does because of Kyle.
