Since Cooley made those comments, the Redskins have been asked about them and have chosen to make no comment. If you were a good leader, then either Snyder or Allen would step forward and denounce those comments by Cooley. They're too incendiary to do otherwise.

Or if not stepping forward yourself, then making McCloughan available to denounce them himself.

Having no comment on the matter, and no suspension or discipline of Cooley, is not a good look. While I'd love to think that Snyder, Allen, McC and Gruden have huddled and collectively decided to let this blow by, that's not in-keeping with previous experience. That would be a sign of good leadership. They do not possess that trait.

My concern is high. I believe there truly is smoke.

100% agree...well said. I thought the same thing, how is there no comment or someone stepping up from the organization to support McC? It's totally insane. I swear, if they get rid of McC I'm gonna be livid. Much more worried about losing McC than cousins.

I blame Bruce, I've said it from day one.
