Unfortunately there is more to this than SM's grandmother passing away. Russel reported she past on 2/6 and the service was held the following day. That was a full three weeks ago. I hope Scotty gets his issues worked out, that's from a personal perspective not from a team perspective.
I actually trust Allen to do what's right, go back and look at the 2014 draft (this was Allens one year as the man in charge of the draft!). That was one of the best drafts this team has had in years. I think we will be ok.

I would think that as long as he has it under control, he presents no problem to us. If he wants to drink heavily of an evening away from work, that is his business. The minute it crosses over into his work life, where he is showing up to work hungover, or showing up drunk, etc.., then we have a problem.
