I'm happy for Pierre. No way we would've given him 49ers money. I don't think he'll get a ring but he will be damn well paid for at least 1 year.

It seems to me that we're just bringing in bodies on the d-line. And I'm ok with that. Let's not act like Baker was Reggie White.

Pryor is kind of interesting to me. Remember he was abusing Norman when we played Cleveland? You put him in out offense he might take off. He certainly could help in the red zone.

Again he had 5-46-1 in that game and Norman jumped his route for the game sealing INT. I like Pryor but he sure as heck didn't abuse Norman.

Re: Redskins Free Agent Signings

Speaking of drunks, this happened this morning. Good old Aldon and his girlfriend ran into a police car while being drunk at 8:00AM. Nice drunk interview, Alden is done in the NFL.

What if they want Pryor to play QB?

I hope I don't go to Hell for this post. It is pure evil.

Swearinger is interesting. Remember him in 2014 when we played the Texans? He's got a big mouth and is pretty physical. Not sure about his coverage skills.

if you look at his stats, his coverage skills have improved.... 2017 8 PD and 3 interceptions

D.J. Swearinger, DB for the Arizona Cardinals at NFL.com

They will probably still draft a safety or two and have competition for the starting spots

Swearinger is a good get today for a solid price...can play both safety spots. Tough hitter.

Swearinger seems like a late bloomer, he's coming off a good season for the Cards.

Re: Redskins Free Agent Signings

Next we draft Peppers. Then we have 3 guys that can play linebacker and safety. Put them all on the field and confuse the shit out of everybody.

Fine with me.
Peppers can play safety, linebacker, wildcat RB and punt returner.
