The one thing I'm worried about replacing with Garcon leaving: those tough ass first down catches. Crowder is tough, but still small. Unless Docston is high-pointing those catches, I worry we don't have someone physical enough to be that guy (maybe Reed?).

Absolutely! Garcon was the go to guy this year. Biggest reason why the 'skins kept so many drives going. He was clutch. I'm going to miss him in a Redskins uniform.

Yup, exactly. Not sure we have that clutch guy on the roster right now. Loved how physical he was, but I can't blame him for taking 16 mil in San Fran.

I think Reed and Crowder made a ton of clutch catches. I'm not minimizing Garcon, just saying last season we had alot of options. This year there will be options, some untested though.

Reed an Crowder did make some clutch catches as well. However, Garcon had been the most consistent. He caught almost everything thrown his way, and some of those catches required him to be physical in order to keep possession. Not sure if Crowder has the strength to be as physical, we'll see this year.

I think Doctson would be looked at as Garcon's replacement, not Crowder. Of course health is a concern until he shows otherwise, but imo, he did enough last year in his limited action to say he will make an impact.

D-Jax gone, Garcon gone, Scottie Mac who was helping turn the team around as GM gone, trade rumors of Kirk going to 49ers. Is there any good news? I think I smell another 4-12 season coming, how did things go south so fast?
