The article clearly states from multiple people inside the Organization McC drinking was never an issue. If McC drinking was the issue, the article about McC "downfall" as a skins executive would absolutely be about his struggles, addiction, etc. There also would be evidence of issues or events cited. There isn't any.

i don't buy it . . . i look at the recent pics of him and he looks like a HUGE alcoholic . . . i've been around lots . . . the pics of him in his redskins gear the last couple of days is the looks of a man trying to dry up fro a 6 month bender . . . IMO, no question he has been drinking and very heavily . . . and if drinking was never and issue . . . why did he get fired twice for it already?
