FFS what are we arguing about here? There's just no defending this behavior. Doesn't matter if it affects his ability to do the job or not, you can't show up to work drunk bottom line, end of story. They probably could have canned him a long time ago. It's also worth pointing out they fired him for cause. That means they likely have some strong documentation to back it up. |
