McGee is rated as Baker's equal by PFF. If you don't like PFF fine, but you can't deny he was a big part of the DL rotation on a very good Raider defense. I don't think we lose anything going from Baker to McGee, personally.
On McClain it does feel to me like we overpaid for a journeyman. But he does penetrate well. I want Logan bad, he's better than Baker.
