Nicholson's lack of playmaking production combined with his unsure tackling make him a traits-only prospect who could have a hard time sticking in the league unless he finds more confidence and aggression.

Nicholson should be seen strictly as depth. Guy has potential, but that isn't saying much since we have a glaring need at S. He grows a pair and gets more physical with his play, he will contribute. MSU defensively this past season was somewhat disappointing to say the least, and he was a part of that.
