IMO I think we had a very good offseason at least on paper. Don't feed into the negative media shit about the Skins; sign KC to a good contract and the Skins had a very good offseason.

How do you assume how the human mind operates? Unless you know him personally is it safe to assume he wants a job with another team? I think in the event he has relapsed, operating his own scouting business would be a win-win. He makes money, he still gets to do scouting (which is obviously his forte), he's his own boss (doesn't have to worry about getting fired because his boss is jealous of not getting any credit).

Maybe he hasn't taken a job because he doesn't want to take a job. Maybe he hasn't taken a job because he signed a NDA where he still gets paid by the Redskins in exchange for not joining another team. I don't think it's as clear-cut as you make it seem.
