Gruden talks up Grant for a reason. He clearly likes the guy. He's no superstar but it doesn't hurt to have guys like him on your roster.

we just got players who are just as bad as our other players,just more expensive.this team looks like they are as bad as the ny jets are.no pass rush,no defense,just a really bad team that let it,s 2 best players on offense leave without much thought for some reason.we should clean house starting with allen in the off season.
