I really don't want to hear that crap that Cousins was talking, waiting until week 6 before we'll know if we're any good or not. That doesn't sound like a real leader to me. The games started LAST WEEK. You've had all off season to get ready. It's like some of these guys ( especially on offense) have ZERO urgency about themselves.

Agreed in the sense that they're professional players and should be ready week 1, or at least not give themselves excuses about it.

But on the other hand the NFL is a week to week league and anything can happen anytime.

You are 100% right! That is not the way a leader should think. If we have another mediocre season, I'd like to see both Jay Gruden and Kirk Cousins gone. I've supported them both up to now but for a HC and a starting QB the proof is in the W's and L's.
