This is less a reaction to their ugly blowout over San Francisco than my getting used to the idea that Washington is good again.
This is exactly the problem the Skins have right now. So many of these "experts" just don't have the time to watch every play and know every detail about a team. Their rankings are part fact, part emotion and part bias from previous seasons. This will chnage if we can our next two. These are two of the biggest games we've had in years coming up boys. Make or break type games.

Absolutely! The next two games will be tellers. Running up nearly 500 yards against the worst team in football will help you out in the statistics and rankings based upon those statistics. If the Skins can handle the Giants and the Eagles, which I am confident that they can, we will have serious fodder for ranking the skins very highly. But knowing most of these commentators they will say that the Giants or Eagles weren't as good as they thought. If you recall the Skins were downplayed the same way in 91. Everyone made excuses for their undefeated season until they were, oh, 10-0, I seem to remember. Not very many of them gave the Skins good props then and they won't now. Not until they consistently beat teams and force the analysts with their record against good teams. <sarcasm>but their support of the eagles is justified. I mean they have TO. They must be good. And the Giants have the budding demi-god Eli. he's the brother of Peyton for goodness sake! </sarcasm>
