I am sold on the guy and hope he is here for a LONG time, he's a damn good coach that is only going to get better.

He has turned this team into a competitor every season.

Personally I agree with everything you said!

While I admit that he isn't as good a coach as his brother Jon, Jay has done a wonderful job with the players he has been given.

And I agree too that he is he has turned the Redskins into a fairly consistent winner or at least a contender.

Even the 'haters' have to say that Jay has at least made the Redskins consistently Revlant.
