yeah they keep showing Jon's son all jacked up on the sidelines,well he is a shitty strength and conditioning coach.

He doesn't just look good, he is a world champion power lifter. WORLD CHAMPION. nobody gets to that level with out a certain level of knowledge.

I have no idea if he is a good trainer and neither do you. Besides he isn't doing anything outside of Engleheart's protocol anyway. BECAUSE HE IS AN ASSISTANT.

Just a really uninformed knee jerk statement.

Fair points.
The fact they keep showing him a lot lead me into thinking he had a bigger role than that.

Anyway, I don't care much about him, but our strength and conditioning program just is not working. Something and/or somebody(ies) has to change.

So the only healthy back on the roster OR practice squad is Bibbs. Has anything like this ever happened before? To any team? We could literally be without any RB if Bibbs were to get nicked. Niles Paul running as a FB, anyone?
