Reed on the other hand has a cap number of $10.5M and needs to be healthy to be worth that cap space. I would agree that the team should talk with him about converting some of his salary to an incentive that will pay out based on number of games played.

Realistically I doubt that works out for the Skins though. He’s so valuable when healthy, I don’t think the team would have the cahones to cut him if he called their bluff. And I think his agent would know it.
