I don't think you can judge any coach fairly when working under Allen and Snyder. Gruden seems ok, i guess?

Did you watch the Redskins games this year? Especially the last game of the season.

Allen & Snyder have nothing to do with in game decisions like time management , calling timeouts, not calling quarterback sneaks, screwing up the last 2 minutes of nearly every single game.
