I generally like S10 but at times he has to tone back the keyboard bully act, its gotten old.

This is a forum where Skins fans come together to discuss facts, rumors, their opinions, etc... There should be disagreement its part of the fun of the web site but what gets old is the personal attacks.

I have said this many times but if not for this board I would have given up on the Skins years ago.

Just food for thought, this is the second *bullet* point in the forum rules:

"- Perhaps the most important guideline of this forum is this, treat your fellow forum members with the utmost respect at all times. Personal attacks will not be tolerated. "

Kind of spells it out there. I realize a lot of you guys have been here a lot longer than I have, but I would assume these rules apply to all of us, or, maybe I'm wrong? Either way, yeah, that post by S10 was a little uncalled for. That being said, I agree with him about 90% of the time. He's obviously been here a long time and provides a lot of good insight. And let's face it, if we all were in agreement 100% of the time, this board would honestly not last. You need statements and counter-statements, debates, and disagreements. And I also agree, a board that doesn't allow conjecture or rumors is a very boring board. Let's face it, it's the off season for us, I'd rather talk about the possibilities of Cousins contract -whether rumor or fact - rather than to talk about where he took his wife and baby out for lunch.

I think there is needed context...we understand how S10 rolls...these aren't really personal attacks just his form of constructive criticism.

I think we might need an asterisk there too "* sans Giants fans" Because I feel like I have to present facts to G1 which he might in turn take as a personal attack. But a great man has said, Facts don't care about your feelings.

Yeah, I think you then fall into a slippery slope of appearing to play favorites, which looks bad on the forum. Don't get me wrong, S10 is one of my favorite posters here - I like how abrasive he can be, although I think there's a certain line that shouldn't be crossed. Just my opinion. I agree with S10 most of the time, but yeah, that post was a bit much.

A politically charged post is alot different than one about your favorite quarterback. Lol. Calling someone a fucking moron because they make a football post just takes all the cool out of this place. That being said it really doesn’t belong in the political threads BUT i would give passes there because it is more important stuff.
