Some of you guys are hilarious. Smith can’t play? Colt McCoy could put up the same numbers? Freaking out over paying a top 10 QB $23.5M a year? Come on now.

Agreed, I would have preferred to have signed Cousins for this deal, but of all the options available to them to replace him this off-season, this isn't the worst move. At least we have a good QB for a reasonable salary for the foreseeable future.

They have about $36 million in cap space... probably $5 or $6 million for picks.

Need 3 or 4 solid free agents and obviously a good draft...RB, G, WR, DT, FS

I’m just excited I can finally see past next season. Going year to year with Cousins comes at the cost of a long term plan.

Now we can makes some moves. I’m anxious to find out which player we sent, that makes me nervous. But now we can get aggressive in free agency.
