That's impressive, I could sworn he wasn't that good watching him, happy to be wrong here.

And in his best year he still didn’t top KC’s TD totals. The Chiefs also have a hell of a lot more talent on O than the Skins. Smith isn’t throwing 26 TD’s with the players Cousins was working with.

How the fuck do we give up the best slot corner in the game for an old qb?

Fuller was an impact player for us.

Perhaps we finally have a QB that wants to play here.

Given Smith is going from the 10-6 Chiefs to here, and we still suck both sides of the ball (except for QB last season and hopefully now), I'd expect a short honeymoon on both sides. Hope Smith's contract has a lot of guaranteed money for his sake.

I don’t like trading away the top slot corner in football.

Corners like Fuller are uncommon. If it is Fuller, this sucks. I can think of a number of guys I’d rather part with - stating with Cravens. But Fuller would be a terrible deal for us.

I think.. I may be done.. I think the dysfunction has officially gotten to the point I physically just can't do it anymore. I've been there for 35 years.. man I may just be done with football. Maybe an opportunity to get a day of my life back. I just can't give my life to Allen's bullshit anymore

Re: Redskins Trade for Alex Smith

I wouldn’t have traded Fuller for Smith straight up. Hope I’m proven wrong this upcoming season.

Alright now this is getting silly. You wouldn’t trade a slot corner for a franchise QB?

Franchise qb maybe, but does he have.enough left in the.tank to even play out the 5 years he.is.signing at.a "franchise qb" level? I dunno thats the.sketchy question. Sucks to trade.fuller either way he was on his way.

Do you consider Fuller just a normal slot corner? And are we expecting Smith to start for more than two seasons? The former was graded as the 6th best corner by passer rating overall by PFF- overall. Will the latter play the length of what a franchise QB plays here? Not to mention the relative stages of each career.
